My main interest lies in imaging technologies for cultural heritage. An topic close to my heart, is usability and accessibility in academic outputs. Current projects include the prospection of the imaging related data management at the university and developing the digital communication infrastructure for university strategic research groups (which the current website is based on). In addition to that, I have been working on web applications to present archaeological data. I have received a grant for developing a website for archaeological sites in Estonia which is public now. I came to Southampton in 2006 for my MSc degree and been keeping coming back ever since. I have been working more than a decade in ICT, providing solutions for different commercial IT and archaeological projects. Recently I have been focusing on imaging techniques and working here at the university as a research assistant and technician.
